This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect: (i) when you access or use our websites, applications, and other online products and services (“Websites and Apps”); (ii) when individuals communicate with us in a business capacity such as vendors, and professional service providers; (iii) when you visit our offices or attend our events; and through any other business interactions you may have with us (collectively, our “Services”); or (iv) when you otherwise interact with us, such as through our customer support channels, or on social media pages. We may provide different or additional notices of our privacy practices with respect to certain products or services.

Collection of Information
The personal information we collect about you depends on how you interact with us or use our Services. We describe below the categories of personal information we collect and the sources of this information.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information directly from you when you create an account, fill out a form through our Services, or submit or post content through our Websites and Apps, make a purchase, communicate with us via third-party platforms, participate in a contest or promotion, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. Additionally, if you make a purchase, we work with a third-party payment processor to collect and process your payment information. We do not store your payment card information.

We automatically collect personal information when you access or use the Websites and Apps. The types of personal information we collect may include:
- Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our Websites and Apps, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers and browser type. We also collect information about your activity on our Websites and Apps, such as access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to our Websites and Apps.
- Audio and Video Recordings and Photos: We capture photographs and video recordings in our facilities for security, and safety purposes.
- Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We (and those who perform work for us) use tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about your interactions with the Services. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular, and count visits. Web beacons (also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs”) are electronic images that we use on our Services and in our emails to help deliver cookies, count visits, and understand usage and campaign effectiveness.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
We obtain information from other sources. For example, we may collect information from identity verification services, and data analytics providers. Additionally, if you create or log into your Warden AI account through a third-party platform (such as Google), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, birthday, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.
Information We Derive
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address.
Use of Information
We use the information we collect to administer your account. We also use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain, improve, and develop new products and services, including to debug and repair errors in our Services;
- Personalize your experience with us;
- Send you technical notices, security alerts, support messages and other transactional or relationship messages;
- Communicate with you, such as about products, services, and events offered by Warden AI and others and provide news and information that we think will interest you, and communicating with you about services you provide to Warden AI (see the Your Choices section below for information about how to opt out of these communications at any time);

- Create de-identified, anonymized or aggregated information;
- To enable solely internal uses in a lawful manner that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on our interactions with you and that are compatible with the context in which the information was provided to us;

Disclosing Information
We may disclose your personal information as follows or as otherwise described in this policy:
- We disclose personal information to vendors, service providers, contractors and consultants that access personal information to perform work for us, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, information technology and software services, mailing services, marketing services, event management services, background check providers, cyber and physical security services and other professional services.
- If you choose to use integrations we offer on our Services, we may share certain information with those integration providers or directly with your consent.
- If you provide us with feedback or testimonials, we may post this feedback or testimonial on our Websites and Apps.
- We may disclose personal information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet law enforcement or national security requirements, and including to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

Analytics
We allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf using the information described in the Collection of Information section above. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Websites and Apps and other online services. This information may be used by Warden AI to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity.
Transfer of Information to the India and Other Countries
Warden AI is headquartered in the India and we have operations, entities and service providers in the India and throughout the world. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.

You may access, correct, and delete certain personal information you have provided by logging into your account or by contacting us as described in the Contact Us section below. Please note that we may retain certain personal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
